Assistant Manager Finance

 Overseeing operation of F&B cost, Controls & Audit department. Preparations and Sending various reports to MD, CFO and Operation Managers of Different divisions on Monthly and weekly basis. Supervising the work of Divisional cost controllers and internal Auditors and verifying the reports submitted by them.  Verifying the consumption details submitted by F&B cost controllers of all division and Passing of Consumption entry on monthly basis. Assisting Operations in Menu costing and Preparation of P&L for various new catering tenders and during amendment in existing contracts.  Analysis of impact and reporting to CFO and Operations heads of various promotions, menu price or procurement price changes and changes in recipe cost etc. Analyzing ware house profitability and reporting to CFO. Attending the MIS meetings of all divisions on Monthly basis and various divisional meetings representing F&B cost, controls and Audit department.

 Preparation of Division Wise Monthly MIS. Preparation of other management reports as required by CFO, Divisional Heads, MD. Attending the MIS meetings of all divisions on Monthly basis and other divisional meetings representing Finance Department. Month-end closing of books of Accounts, verification and finalizing monthly GL schedules & Accounts. Review of monthly provision entries, Inter-company charges and recharge invoice to Inter-company and reconciliation of Inter-company on Monthly Basis. Co-ordination of Yearly Audit, Preparation of Financial Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Depreciation Schedule etc.  Helping Operations in preparations of Budgets and Review of Yearly Budget Division Wise and summarizing the same for Submission to Managing Director. Preparation of Projected Financial Statements and Other reports for Banking Finance purpose. Preparation of Financial Viability reports for new F&B outlets in consultation with Operations.  Preparation of Statements/reports for Insurance Claim Purpose.  Over-Looking Payroll Processing on Monthly Basis.

 Responsible for Finalizing and reporting of Audits of Different nature like Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Stock Audit, Vat Audit, Bank audit etc. Preparation of Tax audit report of various enterprises, appearing before tax authorities for Income tax Assessments. Conducted the study of internal control and feasibility reports. Handled company law matters such as Filing of corporate reports to Ministry of Corporate Affairs & providing consultancy services relating to preparation of Accounting Policies and procedures etc. Preparation of Project reports.
