QHSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

-Reporting to QHSE Manager to establish rigid safety management system and to ensure continuous HSE improvements.-Risk Analysis Studies(HAZOP, FTA etc.) for system involving high pressure lines and pumps and oil platform commissioning activities.-Maintain active and visible involvement using open communication with employees and contractors regarding SH&E management on the project;-Review and understand contractual obligations regarding SH&E, and ensure the contractor is clear on their contractual obligation.-Support project management team.-Accident Investigation,Root cause analysis,setting of SMART objectives,developing KPI and monitoring.-Assist Safety Auditing and advised on Health and Safety Legislation.Assessed safe system of work and HSE documentation.-Safety documents review and recommendation/amendments.-Organized Fire Mock drill on Oil platform(Rig),as part of the implementation of dragon emergency plan.-Prepare JSA for different activities like testing,commissioning,confined space activities etc.-Promote Health and Safety within the organization and developed safer and healthier ways of working by carrying out: >Safety Inspection of Vessels and Oil Platforms (Rig),TUGS etc. >HSE training,PTW,Confined space entry,Preparing training materials,organizing and conducting Safety awareness class for contract workers. >Carryout investigation of Accidents/Unsafe conditions,Studied possible causes and recommended remedial measures.

Client: GASCO, HABSHAN Project.Exp: 1 year 4 monthsIn co-operation with the Project Management ensuring that the HSE organization structure on the project is clear and is stated in a project organization chart. Make sure that the HSE functions of the employees on the project and the reporting lines are indicated on the chart. All incidents on the project notifying and investigation. Results from the investigations to be shared with the project organization and improvements or implementation of protective measuresPrepare risk assessment and JSA study in line with the site activities.Preparing the monthly and weekly HSE Statistics which includesGap analysis, KPI for all staffs, Incident rate, Accident frequency and severity rate statistics, Toolbox record status, Safety Inspection Log etcProviding HSE training to all the personals in the project and record keeping of the training the employees attended which helps to cover all the topics to employees and also arrange a systematic schedule for retraining.

Carrying out safety inspections and safety audits, monitoring the site safety ,Health and Environment Standards and ensuring implementation of necessary Corrective actions wherever non compliance are identified.Monitor plant equipments and its safety related featuresConduct hazard identification and driven risk mitigation initiatives to minimize incidences of losses.Conduct specialized health & safety training sessions for the team.
