Assigned new responsibility for Construction Equipment Finance Business of Delhi, NCR and U.P. area.• Managing the Construction Equipment Finance business for MP 1, Malwa region and Central region of M.P consisting of three branches Indore, Bhopal and Gwalior.• Currently Executing Business under Co-Lending and Sole-lending with banks and NBFC as business partners. • Having good relationship with all OEM partner’s Tata Hitachi, Sany, L&T Komatsu, CAT, Volvo, Writgen, JCB, Case, Kobelko, Hyundai and OEM with their dealers partners and our peers working across the industry.• Handling a team of nine members for building a new business portfolio under Co-lending with Punjab National Bank and UCO Bank and Sole lending model with ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Tata Capital and HDB Financial.• Knowing all the Key Credit Worthy and Non Credit Worthy Strategic and SME customers across Madhya Pradesh and having a good relationship with these customers by extension of credit facility and well-versed of the geographical knowledge of the state too.• Managing good relationship at State Level with our Sole lending business partners Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Tata capital, HDB Financial and building new relationship with our Punjab National Bank and UCO Bank at Zonal, Circle and Branch level.• Maintaining a healthy business environment across all the function of the Organisation to carry out the business activity and promoting an atmosphere to maintain warm relationship with in the team members.

Taking care of Construction Equipment Finance business for Madhya Pradesh.

• Managing the Equipment Finance Business in Madhya Pradesh• Personally handling the Finance of TOP End customer in Infrastructure Development Field.• To build Relationship with all “ Original Construction Equipment Manufacturers”• To build Relationship with all “ Original Construction Equipment Manufacturers” • Due diligence of the customer, prepare credit ratings and recommend case to Risk• Monitoring Documentation Process and PDD follow-up. • Guiding the DMA and the support staff.• Giving feed back to Regional Head /Regional Sales Managers / National Sales Manager, with respect to Area targets, Market trends, Competitors activity and local economic scenario. • Retention of Customer.• Monitoring the collection of the cases above bucket two and controlling the collection team for the same• Administration of all the Branches of M.P.

• Generation of enquiry and follow up of various stategic customers as Builders, Contractors, Industries, and Hirers, all the customer queries both individual and corporate.• To build Relationship with all “ Original Construction Equipment Manufacturers” • To collect relevant documents and prepare” Credit Appraisal Memorandum”.
