Managing Group Management report off shore team which is responsible of HSBC Group consolidation & reporting of Insurance Vertical. Drive automation, technology improvement initiatives to help streamline the operation and improve process efficiency Understand the business requirement in line with changes and translate into functional requirement. Developed & implemented standard report build Guidelines which implemented across HSBC MI Pack. Currently involved in GFC- MI Green belt project of find root cause analysis of all internal & external errors reported by all three GFC sites. Implementing workforce management system which involved resources planning along with output deliverables. Involved in SOP standardisation process for all GFC Reports/outputs.

The Accountabilities Lead the end-to-end reporting process across Trading IT Finance. Provide timely and quality MI to business managers/stakeholders through the Spotfire tool, including regular engagements with managers/stakeholders to discuss budget accountability and cost savings opportunities. Participate in the planning and budget cycle activities with the aim to achieve a proper and consistent valuation in monetary terms. Stimulate cost consciousness in stakeholder engagements. Ensure reporting of financial information is done at all levels by agreed timelines. Lead in collection and critique of Latest Estimates within agreed timelines, working closely with remainder of the IT Finance team. Ensure all Trading IT Line Managers are accountable for LE of their respective areas and manage potential upsides/downsides to avoid surprises. Assess and ensure that proper procedures are followed, and controls are in place, in compliance with Group policies Participate in preparation of Quarterly Performance Appraisal pack generation Lead team in generation and booking of accruals for Trading IT Finance Support Trading RtP processes and issue resolution Act as IT Finance focal point for IQN data interfaces and questions Lead initiation and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, with a view to enhance existing processes, which adds value to the Shell bottom line impact as a whole Highlights Carried out the review of quarterly functional cost reporting & analyzing the significant variance. Effectively coordinated with Budget Holders on monthly basis to review there business plan in line with budget / LE. Instrumental in developing the monthly dashboard for IT Leadership Team. Evaluation of month end cost accruals for Shell trading entities. Automation of budget & reporting process the help of Sportfire tool.
