Key responsibilities as per role, but not limiting to:• Providing PMO Support for the Design, Mobilization and Execution of large programmes by creating a centralized PMO Governance for multiple Workstreams. • Maintaining the programme management plan, integrated master schedule, weekly and monthly reporting cadence using the RAID, RAG status etc.• Execution of governance & reporting on programmes across the dimensions of – cost, schedule and scope • Managing programme communication channels, project meetings and outreach to programme teams• Setup and administration of PMO tools – Clarizen, Microsoft Teams Channels, Confluence, JIRA, Service Now, engagement setup in MS Dynamics.• Financial Dashboard management (Variance Analysis, Project cost/resource forecasting, Engagement Profitability Analysis, Estimates at Completion etc.) using Power BI taking SAP exports as the source files, and implementing fast tracking or crashing as per project requirement • Ensuring PMO services are delivered using best in class practices and methodologies – Agile, waterfall & Lean project Management• Contributing to building Programme Plans for RFPs, Processes for On boarding and off-boarding resources from the engagement etc. using Aris/Visio.

Exceeded expectations while delivering the quality work and Mentoring the new colleagues on Board.Planning, managing & executing Compensation & Benefits benchmarking surveys across various industries across the globe. :: Conduct qualitative research activities like Market study, Job benchmarking and Variable compensation measures.:: Project Lead for Hewitt's Flagship Product "Salary Increase Survey" which primarily captures the salary increases along with attrition numbers for the current year and projections for the upcoming year. :: Quantitative & Statistical analysis of compensation & benefits data to draw insightful solutions such as best pay practices, general salary trends & Market pricing for client needs. :: Use Statistical concepts like Central Tendencies, Correlation & Sampling to analyze the data. :: Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data (such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires), or arrange to obtain existing data. :: Working as a Project owner for North America energy market compensation survey I have experience of dealing with onshore Client requirements and ensure management of client expectations. :: Conducting trainings for the new hires on the in-house tools like Fusion, NASS and Third Party Tools like Salesforce.com, SharePoint, and Eloqua.
