I took on ownership for the Transformation function, given full control over the change of Technology Services across the organization. Responsible for changing and transforming all units, to achieve an outcome of value creation, saving, effectiveness or modernization. Working closely with the IT Director and Executive organization stakeholders to keep the IT Strategy and Roadmap on track as well as bringing innovative solutions to enhance business, revenue and customer experience by ensuring timely completion of acquired projects and in-house developed solutions. Created and responsible for the IT Transformation Roadmap, Vision, IT Strategy and architecture with the current state, future state, creating the department’s business plan, budget, providing ROI. Developed and implemented Agent web booking engine (Back office and B2B) for leading international Destination managment companies in USA, UK. Activiley involved in migrating bookings from Navision to newly implemented booking engine.Winner of the 2009 World Travel Award for Best Travel Technology - Middle East.• Providing estimates for the development efforts required for the interface enhancements. • As part of implementation of New Back office and Agent Web booking (AWA) ,migrated all the old booking from MS Navision to newly implemented engine.• Expert in importing booking from Der Tour’s booking (SAP) engine to New world Travel’s (NWT) Web booking engine and exported the imported booking status from NWT engine back to Der Tour’s SAP system.
