Worked with Automated colposcopy project, which is a part of Integrated Cervical Cancer Solution. The main focus of my role in this project is to design efficient and accurate algorithms to detect abnormal regions in colposcopy images. It is highly a challenging problem which is tried by only couple of groups globally. There are many avenues for innovation and to develop novel algorithms.
