I worked as Area QA/QC Coord. in H.O and as Project Quality Manager in building and marine projects. Following is a brief summary of my responsibilities:1. Assisting in project start-ups (preparing management plans, procedures, process flows, formats).2. Project Quality Management (Implement & maintain quality processes - inspections, tests, preperation of ITP & method statement, prequalifications, material submittals, closing NCR's/observations, inductions, trainings, KPI's, quality improvements, quality meetings, quality reporting etc)3. Conducting audits (internal audits of projects/HO departments, ISO9001 third-party).4. Vendor prequalification, selection audit and performance evaluation. 5. Supporting other Project QA/QC Managers – Process training, root cause analysis of major issues etc.6. Project closeout & Handover – Snagging/de-snagging, NCR closeout, document handover.

Following is a brief summary of my responsibilities:• Supervision of all construction activities for progress, quality and safety.• Control manpower, material, subcontractors etc. for an efficiency.• Identify requirements for manpower and material on day to day basis and inform senior staff.• Check all works of and liaise with Consultant for approvals.• Identify risks based on progress, quality, safety, cost etc. and ensure precautionary measures.• Prepare and submit reports on progress, payments, subcontractor evaluations etc. • Prepare estimates, bills and quantities for the project.
