- As an integral member of the Financial Institutions team, performed substantial procedures on areas such as Cash, Loans, Deposits etc., reconciliation and interest yield analysis on deposit and loan accounts.- Directly responsible for supervising all financial services audit work for Atlanta/Oak Brook offices during the main audit season and for New York/New Jersey offices for quarterly work.- Successfully led a cross-functional team comprising of both US and Indian staff to efficiently execute audit tasks for ongoing engagements under my supervision- Tested various internal controls such as controls related to FDICA, Loan & Deposit Operations, and wire transfers, as part of the Consulting (Internal Audit) team. Documented various findings and potential weaknesses with the Field teams to facilitate preparation of the final Internal Audit report to be presented to the client.

- Led multiple engagements from the GDS front and ensure the team delivers timely and high-quality work, as per EY Global Audit Methodology and in line with the Global team expectations.- Leveraged Data Analytics on GL and SL Analyzers on engagements using EY specific tools such as Helix and SQL (GL analyzers) and presented significant variations or inconsistences to the teams. - Proactively discussed workflow management with the assurance teams, allocating resources to the assigned work and monitoring performance against standards.- Demonstrated strong understanding of aligned engagement and EY GAM while performing reviews of procedures performed by GDS staff, along with knowledge of EY tools to make reviews more efficient and meaningful.- Developed and maintained productive relationships with key EY Global counterparts by demonstrating professionalism, competence and clarity of communication while working with them.

-Executed & documented specific audit procedures as defined by the engagement teams.- Contribute ideas for improvement by comparing efficiency of review procedures performed across different clients.- Timely identification of accounting issues, clearly documenting the facts and findings, and discussed the same with GDS senior/Assistant Manager.- Developed knowledge of use of EY technology and tools to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhanced service delivery.

- Test of controls – Financial Reporting/Process, and various accounts.- Substantive testing – Various Accounts (Revenue, Receivables, Cash, Debt, PPE, Prepaids, etc.)- Canvas Preparation and management – (Canvas is EY’s in-house cloud-based tool for managing audit workpapers).- Preparation of summary of all filings by client with SEC. Reconciliation of filings with audit workpapers.
