Overseeing the Budgeting including preparation and analysis of Monthly & Annual BudgetsResponsible for MIS preparation and analysis, which includes Billing Collection & Outstanding, Monthly profit & loss accounts.Monitoring Treasury Management which involves Cash / Fund Flow analysis.Handling the Internal Audit through KPMG.Adhering to Statutory compliances (TDS, Income Tax, Service Tax etc.)Essaying a key role as an active member of North Core Committee.Supervising daily administrative matters of the company.Achievements:Instrumental in the implementation of Accounting System for North Zonal Accounting.Successfully set up the North Zone Office in Delhi.Managed a team of 25 Members.

Accountable for Accounts at Head Office with an additional charge of All India Operations comprises the following:Revenue and Collection Accounting of all the channels. Debtor’s analysis and Control over the all India Outstanding recovery.Budgeting including preparation and analysis.MIS and analysis, which includes BCO, Monthly P&L.Preparation of Cash / Fund Flow and the analysis.Coordinating with all the Branch Offices all over India (The entire Operations across the country is divided into Seven Regions).Handling the Statutory & Internal Audits through A. F. Ferguson, Delliote Haskins & Sells, etc.Ensuring adherence to statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, TDS, and Income Tax.Attainments:Achieved recovery of doubtful debts through regular All India reconciliation.Successfully controlled Costs of Head Office & Branches through advice to CEO.Actively involved in settlement with TEN Sports and DD Sports Legal dispute. Managed a team of 40 Members.

Worked with "IndusInd Media Communications Ltd". (Known as INCable, A HindujaTMT Group Company) with their Delhi Branch office. I was responsible for Delhi Accounts & Finance. Successfully handled US-GAAP. Actively involved in implementation of ERPs, SAP Modules.

Supervising the Accounts Department. Looking after Sales Tax, PF & Finalization of Accounts. Bank dealing and co-ordination with Branches. Assisting in development of Costing System and looked after the Computerization of Accounts and Inventory.
