In the current role, I am engaged in conducting brand & business reviews, highlighting area of improvement & opportunity and preparing weekly reports to highlight YTD, MTD health of the business, brands & inventory. Preparing category/channel/brand focused reports and generating sales & financial reports to enable decision making by the senior management.Increased GP of eCommerce marketplace sales by identifying and correcting losses using effective pricing strategy. Developed algorithm which was used in SAP to determine the batchwise risk with high accuracy, which helped in reducing in-house expiries by about 150% within a year of implementation. Developing business sales pitch for major business meetings since last 8 years. Currently working on automating PowerBI reports by integrating with SAP, with the sole focus to reduce man hours.
