- Responsible for quantity take-offs using tools such as satellite imagery, Bluebeam and CAD software.- Responsible for reading contracts and bidding documents to generate accurate bids. - Responsible for analyzing and determining materials required based on architectural specifications and client / job site inputs.- Responsible for generating proposals and contacting sales during the sales process.- Responsible for moving jobs internally between estimating and production, making sure accurate information is being forwarded.- Responsible to prepare and coordinate preparation of pre-construction documents - submittals, bonds, forms, schedules, product data sheets, etc. - and handle the production team all relevant information regarding the awarded bid. - Support the production team with necessary documents and information on projects where needed.
