A Post Graduate in Social Work (MSW – 1989 batch) with specialization in HR and Law Graduate (1992 batch) from Osmania University. He has over a decade of experience in Human Resources. During his professional career in HR – he was associated with Asian Paints, Standard Organics & Pennar Group. During this period, he has managed all facets of HR which include Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, Talent Management, etc. One of the Founding Member & Life Member of NHRDN In 1999, along with 3 friends started his entrepreneurial & ventured into setting up an Insurance Broking Company which is the First in the country to have been licensed by the IRDA. As a Founding Member of India Insure, I am responsible for the Commercial Lines Business apart from guiding the company’s strategic and operational initiatives as a member of the Management Committee. As a Founding Member of the company, witnessed the company become India’s 1st Broker to be licensed by IRDA in 2003. Today, the company continues to grow in terms of revenue and clientele list and stands as one of India’s largest Insurance brokers. He was instrumental in acquisition of broking company, which is one of the Firsts in Indian Insurance Broking Industry wherein India Insure acquired Medi Manage.
