Worked in Flipkart’s Linehaul (LH) department for 5 months, coordinating logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods between MH to MH (warehouse to warehouse) and MH to DH (warehouse to distribution hub). I monitored transportation schedules, streamlined delivery processes, and resolved logistical challenges to maintain smooth operations. I coordinated with drivers, supported them during trips, and collaborated with transport vendors. Additionally, I worked with ERP-like software to mine and analyze data, preparing detailed reports for managers, including exact IDs of goods transported and overall shipment data for improved decision-making and efficiency.

Served as a Back Office Executive at Wipro in 2022, working on the Molina process. I handled critical tasks such as verifying customer requests for medical policyholders, updating policy details (e.g., adding/removing nominees), processing refunds for overpayments and much more.
