Also, assist the coach of Learning & development in preparing training packs for new recruits which cover all the latest training materials. • Complete assessment of all types of income documents like payslips, bank statements, Centrelink documents, Notice of Assessments, Profit & Loss documents, Super income, self-managed super documents, Vet Affairs, Rental income. Request additional information from customers and make use of all information available from internal accounts where they would have a missed payment or payment arrangements and external resources like Veda & Illion and assess customer application before making an informed decision. • My duties required me to complete review of credit card and personal loan applications, remediation activities where I had to call the customer and go through with them about their assets, liabilities, expenses and make sure they have enough capacity to service the loan. • I believe I possess the proactivity and passion required to ensure that as a team member, I remain abreast of new policies and procedures which will enable me to contribute to enhancing policies, processes, and strategies to mitigate risk and support the compliance framework.• My role required me to multi-task on different systems, upload documents on to our internal document management system, update customer details on the host system, prioritize different deadlines and work on projects with strict timeframes to deliver results and at the same time make use of opportunities to grow my career.
