Being an Project Coordinator, my job role is to handle the Bug cases raised by the Customer Support Team. As soon as the Bug Cases is raised, my first and foremost thing is to do the testing for that particular Bug and then assign it to the Respective Manager. Need to keep a track for the Bug Case initiated to the deployment/solving of Issue. Current Role provides me a great experience for different Job profile. My past Experience includes Technical Support to HRMS ERP Software and Education based ERP software. My first Job Experience was into the BPO/KPO industry where I had chance start with OCR and gradually had a growth to QA profile and handle a Team for other QAs. Having Basic level of SQL, Excel and learning phase to an advance level.
