Currently, he is focused on providing the right set of analytics for organizations to objectively measure their phish behavioral risk and maximize end user engagement to produce the most risk reduction. In the past, he has worked on investigation and response experiences for security analysts, as well as intelligent, omni-channel experiences in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to accelerate the digital transformation of customer engagement centers and end user experiences.
