Specific safety on hazardous chemicals viz. Chlorine and RM● Identifying near-miss cases, investigating incidents & appropriate CAPA in consultation with Safety Department.● Certified “Internal Auditor” for ISO 9001:2015 by BVC.● Implementation of POKA-Yoke, Kaizen in plant.● Leading a team of Jr. Officers, Jr. Engineers, Operators & Contract Labor● Controlling daily & monthly stock in SAP; maintaining daily entry of production in SAP against process order by PPC team; performing monthly closing in SAP and FG, PM & RM stock adjustments.
