• Deliver best-in-class Quality IT Services by deploying intelligent Metrics/KPI’s, executing industry leading efficiency metrics (CpC, CpPH, Utilization, MTTR, FCR, Repeat & Change rate, Severity impact, etc. ) and implementing defect prevention processes through LEAN practices.• Solid experience in process improvement (SIP) methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, process analysis, modelling, benefit realization along with exposure to change management tools and techniques when implementing change in complex environments.• Defined and managed requirements through the ITIL lifecycle to meet business needs.• Providing and directing recommendations for process re-design and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes and policy.• Document business and technical requirements using clear, concise language consistent with the SDLC methodologies framework utilized (ie Agile and Waterfall).• Hands on experience with IT Service Management tools, like SCCM, Remedy, Service Now, Tivoli.
