Maintaining Targeted data for completion and daily tasks/ work data in Excel Sheet.• Henceforth, my role was to work under the assistance of department head in every task, mission to achieve the successful goal.

Worked as back office executive for ECULINE Process in shipping and logistics :-• Processing of HBL (House bill of lading) procedure on ECULINE company software. ( Mainly all the back office process is involved).• To complete the HBL tickets, bills as per daily TAT (Turnaround time), to fill all the data like details of consignor to consignee, details regarding freight charges, ship codes and many more as provided by the front office of ECULINE. • To check data in the draft before running the bill drafted in software input before TAT. • Also included to maintain a track record of every shipment and track record of the HBL process performed per single operation.

• Worked as a Junior Mechanical Engineer, started out responsibly working on various tasks and documentation like ECN/ECR to make minor & major changes in the drawings of part/product or assembly which leads to change in actual parts manufacturing and assembly as per requested by the customers or suppliers.• To hand over the existing or new customer enquiries to the marketing department for the further business/order dealing work.• To visit vendors, suppliers to check whether facing any error, issues or rejection on their end. And if incase any defect is occurred then it has to be noted on serious note and to take action regarding that particular object, part assembly in ECN,ECR. • Communicating with new vendors/suppliers for incase if any new part/product is needed as per requirement and making out a profitable deal for both sides. To schedule a meeting with suppliers/vendors and regional machinery operators for outsourcing process operation of parts.• Maintaining all the data of the product drawings and 2D drafting, assembly drawings released records to the shop floor, (manufacturing dept.) and also to the suppliers.(as in the form of reference copy). Also maintain all the data related product formation and assembly which is important to maintain in system and also to show during the process audit and industrial audit by the customers.(also Industrial organization). • Whereas also worked on control plans which includes various operation methods & steps for the manufacturing of parts as well as in assembly. • Worked on 3D Software UGNX (UNIGRAPHICS) to make 3D parts and on NX-IDEAS for 2D drafting.• Henceforth, my role was to assist all the senior engineers of department in work to achieve the successful goal.
