Finalised many key regional level contracts for high-ticket items like lubes, tyres, wire-ropes and cables leveraging on the combined volumes of all the business units in the subcontinent. Assisted other BU’s in the region with training and setting up of the Mainpac system, organised a 2-day training programme on Procurement Strategies for Stores and Purchasing staff of other BU’s, valuable information sharing on best practises, negotiations, right sourcing techniques etc.to realise best value for the region as a whole.
