Presently I am the project manager/ project coordinator of the above reference project which has the project value of Rs. 4.5 billion. In this project I do planning, organizing, and directing the completion of project while ensuring the project is on time, on budget, and within scope. Involving and handling all the contractual matters with client and consultants while involving in solving architectural and structural issues. And same time I am Carrying out progress presentation and attending for meetings as necessary.

1. Responsible for overall operation of all piling projects and business Development in piling company.2. Ensures timely completion of the relevant components and total project assigned.3. Overlooks management of resources and maintains efficiency of various team involved (manpower suppliers, disposal suppliers etc...).4. Holds the responsibility of overall project management and coordinates at various activity centers to ensure targets are achieved and work is in line with all the details.5. Approves subcontractor payments and materials etc... In close coordinating with project managers.6. Delivers technical advices and final instructions to the project teams for the purpose of quality management.7. Overall in charge for all the testing activities in assigned projects.8. Coordinates with related parties to ensure the work is carried out exactly to the program.9. Coordinates with the senior management regarding the site staff issues.10. Visits sites and participates necessary meetings.11. Attends the pre – bid site visit and analyzes the appropriate factors that are supports for the accurate/competitive bidding price.12. Attends the pre-bid/ pre-contract meeting when necessary.12. Attends any contract related matters as detail by the MD and CEO.13. Provides appropriate inputs/suggestions for the improvement of the administration of the piling division.14. Follows any other job-related instructions and performs any other job-related duties requested by the management.

Sri Lanka

1. Responsible for structural analysis of ongoing construction projects. 2. Providing expert advice to overcome problems in relation to structures. 3. Planning, executing, coordinating and managing the projects funded by the UDA, MOD and SLLRDC.

1. Management and Coordination of direct labour projects worth more than Rs. 4.0 billion.2. Held the responsibility of “Engineer” for the projects on contract.3. Undertook management of Naval Water Purification Plant at Andankulam and the water distribution network. 4. Looked after all the new construction and maintenance of 15 commissioned naval bases scattered from Vakarai to Mullaitivu.5. Overall, I was responsible for effective management and grievances handling of over 1000 personnel under the Civil Engineering Department.
