Overall responsible for general ledger and financial reporting (R2R) change programs in the Asia Pacific region, working directly with CFOs, Controllers, and Senior business heads to prioritize and deliver top priorities for the bank with a team of ~20 managers. My primary responsibility is to partner - with technology to deliver the requirements; adhere to standards, audit, and controls requirements; and - ensure successful adoption of the final solutions. Successful delivery of the multigeneration and complex Oracle Cloud General Ledger implementation impacting ~1K users in the region. Managed the R2R process/system changes to implement Infosys’ Finacle in Indonesia (in-country GL). Leading the transformation of the entire loan portfolio of the region to an advanced Loan-IQ system using the agile framework and remediating the impact on regulatory reporting.
