● Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business● Lead and be accountable for the delivery of all HR operational activities like Onboarding, Employee Database and files, Leave and attendance, employee engagement and motivation, employee grievances, exits, etc.● Drive the HR agenda including Manpower Planning, Performance and Rewards, Talent Management, Operational Effectiveness and Employee Relations● Ensure that the organizational structure is in line with the business strategy. ● Implement HR practices for effective induction and onboarding of new employees.● Guide the teams to follow performance management processes and drive developmental plans.● Formulate and implement the training calendar focused on strengthening the people skills. ● Ensure a highly engaged and skilled work force through imparting behavioral and functional training interventions.● Maintain general administrative documents, including employment contracts status changes (job title, salary grade, pay), separations from employment, and other related matters. ● Drive Employee Engagement Survey to enhance engagement.● Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Manage company contract labor hiring and their compliances● Prepare and monitor HR operational budgets● Supervise all HR activities at company's other branch offices and field staff● Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. ● Performs other related duties as assigned.
