Vipul Dhall is a mentor, entrepreneur and a content creator based in New Delhi, India. He is a graduate from Hindu College (Delhi university) and an All India Rank holder in CA Finals. He started out his career as a Young Leader with Bharti Airtel Limited where he worked across departments heading various managerial projects ranging from cost reduction initiatives to streamlining business processes to generate efficiencies. After that, he was promoted to manage Mobile business finance (PAN India operations) for Bharti Airtel Limited and worked closely with finance controller & other business leaders on analysing the current telecom market, forecasting the business growth considering the dynamic environment that telecom industry was facing and devising cost saving opportunities for top management review.Post his successful stints in Airtel, Vipul started iWision, an e-learning platform transforming the ways CA students study these days. His vision is to empower every student with not only theoretical knowledge but also by sharing the practical aspect of everything that's taught. He believes in giving his students the space and freedom to make their own decisions after guiding them about the possible outcomes of any path they choose to take. It is his belief that students should be taught the art of decision-making right from when they attain maturity as it enables them to harness leadership qualities for their future endeavours.
