He was primarily responsible for managing the offshore development work for a large bank. Vipul grew the team from 150 to 700 engineers in a period of 18 months working across range of technologies as well as different business units of the Bank. He was instrumental in establishing client confidence in offshoring.Between 1989 and 2001, Vipul based out of the US, worked for several different companies including Ernst and Young’s Management Consulting Group. Vipul started his career as a programmer in 1989 and over the years held several different technical and managerial roles within the IT organizations of various companies.Vipul holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clemson University, South Carolina USA. He also has an MBA from George Mason University, Virginia USA. Vipul did his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from G.B.
