Total +15 years in industry, starting as Embedded Software Engineer role up to Director - Technical, having hands on experience of creating and developing Iot, AI and Embedded based new products and product lifecycle management of existing products. Incorporates research and concept development projects and capabilities with market analysis, industry intelligence, and customer monitoring to support product roadmap and innovate new product, enhancements, and redesign. Coordinates with internal/external stakeholders to ensure that new and existing products meet development targets and support the organization's financial goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designed and developed to meet all requirements, from design and prototyping to production and launch. Develops teams with the knowledge and expertise to fulfil product development objectives. Skills:• Working experience to develop the AI powered product for Autonomous Retail using Python.• Strong Experience in Embedded C programming and firmware architecture of IoT based product using microcontroller and microprocessor. • Wireless protocols such as BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, Zigbee, etc.• Network protocols such as MQTT, HTTPS, HTTP etc.• Experience of GSM modules like 2G/ 3G/ 4G/ NB-IoT/ Cat-M. • RFID Wireless Card (MiFARE/ Desfire/ iClass)• Digital interface protocols such as I2C, UART, SPI, etc...• Ability to adapt with open-source Compilers, tool chains and IDE’s.• Familiarity with Agile project management and/or the ability to effectively communicate complex processes within and across teams.
