• Review information provided by the client and analyzes the information to understand the broad requirements of the project.• Direct design activities such as code research, calculation of building areas, zoning requirements, and prepare drawings as per local authority jurisdiction land-use bylaws.• Prepare DP & BP application drawings in REVIT and construction documents that support construction goals and meet the requirements of authorities in a timely and cost-effective manner.• Apply for new permits and provide permit response letters and coordinate revisions with engineers and consultants, as required, to obtain necessary documentation and permits.• Prepare Tender docs & coordinate with various engineers and sub-consultants to deliver complete construction drawing packages.• Attend site meetings to coordinate drawings, track & review shop drawings & Request For information, prepare Site instructions, and coordinate with contractors, sub-consultants, or relevant building authorities to address and document issues with constructability.• Manage the delivery of all projects, including leading project teams through all phases of the project.• Represents the organization and interacts in a professional manner with clients, sub-consultants, and contractor representatives.
