Includes noting observations on cracks, pits, thinning and any other pattern of erosion, corrosion and other interior failure. Makes interpretations of findings, analyses for failure, prepares report and issues recommendation.  Carryout smooth delivery of all inspection activities in strict compliance with the agreed TA schedule. Deploy enough NDT personnel at the site of requirement without any delay.  Review and Approved contractors Inspection Checklist, ITPs and Procedures. Calculate the corrosion rate, remaining life in order to fix the inspection frequency. Witnessed pressure test of heat exchanger and new fabricated spool. visual inspection of Pressure safety valve(PSV) after removal from system , witness of as received test and witness for final calibration of pressure relief valves(PSV). Reporting Inspection activities to the Inspection Superintendent and Corrosion Engineer. Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Inspection Summary Reports by using inspection software meridium. As a third party inspector Monitor All construction activity according to approved ITP and issue NCR against activity violation.

 Conduct internal, external planned & unplanned inspections on all static equipment/facilities (columns, drums, Separators, heat exchangers, Pressure vessels, flares, tanks and piping) and to compiles written reports on its findings and recommendations puts in repair recommendations to user departments. Performing supervising non - destructive testing, destructive testing and Dimensional check, etc. as per code, standard and specification on behalf of client. Review certification requirements of NDE technicians and calibration records of each equipment used for projects as per specification, during Expansion Projects as well as Shut down. Actively engaged with in-service, pre-shutdown and turnaround / shutdown /breakdown inspection (external, on-stream and/or internal) of pressure piping & equipment such as Piping Circuits, PSV, Heat Exchangers, Condensers, Air Coolers, Vessels, Drums, Stacks, Columns, Towers, Workshop Fabrication & Welding, etc. Training of inspectors, NDE personnel. Issue inspection work sheets with repair procedures and testing requirement confirming to approve welding procedures which are made in line with the Engineering.  Inspection of pressure vessel such as reactors, coloums, heat exchanger, drums in-service/shut down condition. In-service Inspection of Piping Circuits, including CUI. Modification works consist of Pressure Vessels, Drum, Heat Exchangers, Tanks, Pressure Piping, Furnaces and structural works as per various international codes, standards and specifications.  Welding Inspection including NDT, welding related activities, Heat treatment, Coating, Refractory, Insulation etc. Co-ordinate with NDT group after determining the appropriate NDT method applicable to assess the equipment condition. Sets up and co-ordinates with Plant for implementing and maintaining health and safety regulations applicable to use Radioactive material. Witnessing of hydro and pneumatic tests. Witnessing the calibration of relief valves. Review and evaluation of all NDT / Ultrasonic Thickness reports and recommend for repair, replacement or de-rating of equipment and piping.

 Verifying the adequacy of the Quality Control Procedure. Checking that inspections and test are carried out and documented in accordance with the approved procedure and quality plans. Documentation of all welding/piping inspections records. Checking heat number on required piping traceability. Checking of pipe support pre-fabrication as per approved construction detail drawings.
