• Collecting the information from prepared the synopsis/analogy for making tooling for hydro turbine or generator.• Define the concept design of specific tools with the support of method team and special calculation team.• Preparing the tooling 3D model / 2D drawing and calculation note.• Making the tooling BOM in the GE product life management system (Corella).• Create ECR and ECO in the GE product life management system.• Following the tooling design activity associated budget and On Time Delivery.• Participating when required to the design review of the tool, in order to make implemented the tooling requirements.• Identifying on market standard tools.• Making some structural calculations in Autodesk Robot tool.

• Create 3-D models and drawings of components / assemblies for D-R/Siemens Steam Turbines• Convert old 2-D drawings to 3-D models using Siemens NX12 and CreoParametric.• Should be conversant with steam turbine constructional details.• Hands on experience in 3D modeling and drawing for steam pathcomponents like bucket, wheel, diaphragm, shaft, rotor assembly.• Preparing 3D Catalogue with drawing Illustration and Bill of Materials forSteam Turbines.• Parametric modeling, Expression based modeling, Part families, Wave-Link Geometry.• Advanced Assembly features, Handle large assemblies in NX, Assemblyarrangements.• To perform Form, Fit & Functional Check for the complete assembly asper customer needs.• Responsible to perform all legacy data clean up tasks in NX-GlobusTeamcenter as needed.• Follow D-R/Siemens engineering & drafting standard practices; Providedrawing updation and revision control.• Drawings inch to metric conversion, German to English translation,creating part structure in Globus Teamcenter 12.• Support productivity improvement and establish best practices formodeling and drafting activities within stipulated time-period.• Recording and tracking of engineering hours utilized for various projects.• Familiarity and experience with industry standards such as DIN, ASMEand API.• Solid computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, Outlook, Power-Point).• Proficiency with PLM (Team Center/Globus).

• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft suite of tools, AutoCAD, Pro-E/CREO, PDMLink• Make a large pump 3D/2D assembly for a vertical turbine and MetallicVolute Pump.• Make a pump component (casting/forging) drawing and modeling in CreoParametric.• To prepare drawings and BOMs to suite production and productspecifications in ERP.• Minimize the cost of raw material, bought out parts, manufacturingprocess and quantity through proper design calculations and availableresources.• Manage ECR/ECN documentation and IOM preparation.• Support to Quality, Engineered to Order, Procurement, and ServiceTeams.• Experience in assembly, forming, machining, stamping, and testingprocesses in a manufacturing environment.• PTC Windchill (Product Life Cycle management).• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT and Project.• Supports and participates in the design, modification, fabrication andassembly of prototype components.• Design in 3D CAD (Creo Parametric) and apply GD&T methods.

• Preparation of 3D models, Assemblies, Drawings of radiator and Gensetin ProE/Creo Parametric.• To prepare drawings and BOMs to suit production and productspecifications.• Coordination with planning and production dept. for design related problems.• Prototype Sample making and Quality Check of the Models, Assembliesand Drawings.• To measure the actual parts (In FARO) and make drawings or reviseexisting drawings as per requirements by using reverse engineering.• Make FMEA report after testing prototype of radiator• Make detail drawings of top and bottom tank (Nylon 6 and Nylon 66material) of radiator for making die.• Also make tooling components of CRCA and HRCA in creo/ProE withdetail drawings.• Coordinate with OEM customer for assembly fitment on tractor / truckchassis in 3D assembly.
