Was responsible for leading the team into multiple projects that varied through multiple technologies like Struts, JSF, Eclipse RCP, and Flex delivering multiple projects.The projects range from building a scientific tool for an Italian Group of scientists, a complete end-to-end ERP for a construction company in Australia to manage their projects, and an ERP for African government departments.The period spent guiding the team to navigate through fast-paced learning of new technologies, gathering requirements from customers, giving them timely updates, and releasing the completed milestones.

During this one year, I worked on technologies like Struts, Hibernate, and Jasper Reports building ERP pages and also at the same time working on generating dynamic reports extracted from the MSSQL database.

Delivered hand-held billing module for an electricity corporation. I was involved in customer discussions to gather correct billing logic and calculations. Implement the module in C and also do extensive testing for the same. The final integration point was to extract the end-of-the-day report from the billing machine in a format consumable by the ERP.
