I oversee the on-site creative production of both feature films and web series, engaging in a multifaceted process that encompasses liaising with writers and production houses curating content aligned with the company's objectives and standard operating procedures (SOPs). My responsibilities extend to guiding the script development process, providing constructive feedback on script drafts, and recommending suitable talent to enhance project outcomes. Additionally, I communicate on-set progress reports to producers, ensuring alignment between approved scripts and on-screen portrayals, and making strategic creative decisions on behalf of producers to optimize project success. Moreover, I maintain a vigilant awareness of on-ground project execution to uphold creative integrity and meet project objectives.

As a Script consultant, I review and enhance scripts, concept notes, pitch decks, and bibles for Films and Web Series meant for Digital Platforms and Theatrical distribution. I work closely with writers during the development process of projects and creative producers until the projects receive the green light.Besides, I Have written Lyrics- Kaise Kahein (Film- 200 Halla Ho, Zee5), Kisi Ki Badduvaaon Par (Hunter- Tootga Nahi Todega), and extended my support to other teams, such as Post Production and Marketing, by catering to their content needs. I am responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the content creation process is well-coordinated and effectively executed, ultimately resulting in high-quality output.

I established free-flowing communication between the studio and individual vendors involved in the post-production process, allowing for seamless coordination and clear timelines for everyone involved.Working closely with the post-production team, I ensured that all necessary elements, including music, sound effects, and visual effects, were in place, requiring close attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the project's requirements. My role was crucial in ensuring that the post-production process was efficient and effective and resulted in high-quality output that met or exceeded the client's expectations.

Project- Web Show- The I-Land (Streaming on Netflix).As the Hindi Voice Dubbing Director for "The I-Land" on Netflix, my responsibilities included ensuring that the Hindi dubbing was faithful to the original content, identifying and casting suitable voice actors, supervising and directing the voice actors during recording sessions, coordinating with the audio engineers and editors to ensure high-quality audio tracks, and reviewing and approving the final audio tracks to meet the technical and artistic requirements of the show. My role was critical in ensuring that the Hindi version of the show was of the highest quality, staying true to the original content, and providing a seamless viewing experience for the Hindi-speaking audience.

I worked closely with the post-production team to ensure that the final product was of the highest quality and conveyed a compelling story to the audience.
