Successfully developed 5-years strategic growth plan for a leading Thai water transportation company with revenue of THB 300 million. The company is now implementing the recommendations in offering more variants of its transportation serviceSuccessfully proposing a new organization structure for an US$ 10 billion Thai agro-industrial and food company. The client is now applying the new proposed structure to its business units, establishing a platform for the company to grow into international consumer-driven businesses.

Successfully implemented more than 40 software solutions (team’s 4thhighest) in 2010 for HiInvest (AssetManagement solution), HiPerformance (Returns Performance Solution) and Open Platform For Advisors(Private Fund Management website) applications supporting operations of asset management institutions,contributing to team’s revenue of US$ 55 million. Liaised with several global providers of asset management institutions such as HSBC, State Street GlobalAdvisors, Union Bank of Switzerland and Waddell & Reed in providing the highest quality of software fixes. Led a team of 9 analysts in delivering 3 new versions of HiInvest and HiPerformance software versionssuccessfully in 3 months time in 2010, ensuring highest client satisfaction. Delivered training of Across the Board Trading module from UK to Bangkok team in 2008. Achieved a constant rating of 85% or more on annual performance report.

Developed features for “Reuters Messaging Client”, a chat application allowing clients to communicate andshare financial data over reliable network. Created “Trace Log” feature to record software errors into a file, allowing more efficient error reporting.
