DEDICATED RESOURCE MODEL (FTE) • Dedicated Full Time Employee • FTE will work according to SOP set by your organization• FTE works under your management & control and reports directly to you• Daily / weekly timesheet of respective employee/s which includes the detail explanation on which assignment FTE had worked along with hours they spent.• A Full time employee works for 40 hours per week. 2. PAY-AS-YOU-GO MODEL• Pay only for the hours we work for you.• Beneficial for those who have fluctuating fortunes.• Weekly time sheets along with details of tasks performed will be provided3. REVENUE SHARING MODEL• Under this model, we charge __% of the Ex.
