Key Responsibilities• Complete business responsibility including Business development, vendor management, pricing, negotiations, Selection, P&L and create short-term and long-term plans with clear business goals and how-list. • Deciding the pricing and discount schemes to achieve Top line with margin improvements.• Promotion planning through multiple channels (Display Ads, SEO, Affiliates etc.) in liaison with the Marketing team, to grow market share, improving customer experience and driving growth. • Drive profitability initiative by optimizing business mixes, optimizing supply chain components & driving efficiency, Price negotiations etc.

*Building warehousing, logistic, & reverse logistic processes according to the industrial standards and implementing it for minimizing expense cost and maximise profit. *To develop logistic contingency plans and carry out methodologies and tools to enable effective execution of logistic plan and warehouse processes.*Managing and Control all Inbound & outbound shipments like continuity of shipment pickup from vendor’s end, analysis and action on Pending shipments, delivery %, RTO and COD.*Handled the responsibilities of receiving goods, processing documentation, storing deliveries at warehouse, tracking shipments till delivery as well as distributing materials.*To Co-ordinate and manage customer support process for issues in terms of delaying & damages of shipment*Reconciliation of all the COD shipments with our courier partners.
