Project Engineer / Quality Engineer / Site Engineer for Al Wasl Kifaf Project Phase 1 (Park Gate Residences) located behind Al Jafiliya Metro Station Dubai.• Project Engineer/ QC HVAC/ Site Engineer for Al Wasl Kifaf Project Phase 1.• To liaise with consultants and contractors on the progress of Mechanical works.• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.• Leading in preparing method statements, installation / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for Mechanical related works.• Coordinating with contractors and consultants in preparation of technical submissions. • Holding technical discussions with various stakeholders to resolve technical / site MEP services coordination issues.• Able to read and understand construction drawings and detect discrepancies in combined MEP services coordination drawings.• Gaining experience in defects rectifications in High Rise Buildings.• Overseeing builders work for all four towers (G+30+roof 2 Nos, G+20+roof 2 Nos). • Assess construction and installation methods of construction and ensuring that QA/QC procedures are adequately implemented.• Closely monitoring site activities and site conditions on daily basis.• Supervising contracted staff.• Implementing any change in designs, plans by ensuring effective communication to the Consultant and Contractors.• Closely monitoring construction works, concrete pours and continuously checking materialsdelivered to site, ensuring compliance with QA/QC procedures, and ensuring all tests are carried out as per contract requirements. • Coordinating with Document Controller's and Senior Engineers to ensure that all documents are properly controlled. • Building and maintaining a good working relationship with all parties at all levels at all times when representing the Company. • Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are followed on site.
