Initially I started with the internship where i got the first hand practical experience of how industry works followed by 2 successful projects which got me the pre placement offer and I confirmed my job. I started my career as a graduate engineer trainee in textile department. after getting overall experience I started with my department where I use to handle below mentioned roles and responsibilities 1. Achieving of daily targets, Manpower handling, Cross-checking quality of product.2. Attending daily departmental meeting, Briefing the same to associates.3. Inclusively working with other department- merchandising, lab, product development.4. Identifying threats and recommending proactive remedy action against the same.5. Submitting daily, weekly, and monthly report to higher authority.My personal experience at Welspun India ltd. was pretty great considering it my 1st industry experience.
