Calculating required pressure.• Doing all type of Mechanical Testing like Tensile Test, Hardness Test, Flaring Test, Flattening Test, Flange Test. Referring standards during testing like ASTM, IBR requirements.• Chemical testing by PMI machine.• Operating Cygene Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge and measuring thickness of SS pipes/tubes and making reports for same.• Monitoring the team of Eddy Current Testing, Dye Penetrate Testing and Ultrasonic Testing.• Making Material Test Certificates and other QA/QC documents like monthly rejection/failure analysis reports.• Making third party files/documents from raw material stage to finished tubes/pipes stage for parties like NPCIL, IGCAR, NRB, BHEL, GE Power, PUNJ LLOYDS, TEMA, THERMAX and various export orders etc.• Handling Third party inspection for NTPC, NPCIL, BARC, BVIS, TUV-NORD, TUV-SUD, EIL, IBR and Quest.
