- Worked under Managing Partner, Mr. Rupin Pawha, in answering legal queries pertaining to government tenders, competition law, securities regulations, etc. - Drafted a chapter on the “Impact of ESG on M&As”, researching on contemporary developments in securities law such as the Mandatory Rumour Verification Framework under the SEBI LODR, the evolution of the Delisting Regulations, the rights of minority shareholders under the Companies Act, 2013, the SEBI Takeover Code, and combinations under the Competition Act and the 2023 Amendment. Focused on the impact ESG considerations have throughout the lifecycle of an M&A, in the preparation of an Information Memorandum, due diligence, representations & warranties, and post-merger integration.- Researched extensively on upstream operations under Revenue Sharing Contracts in the Petroleum Industry by analysing caselaw, best international practices, and open-source RSCs and Gas Sales Agreements. Prepared research notes for clients on the regulatory framework for sale of unprocessed hydrocarbons, drafted standard clauses for incorporation, and provided advice as to the applicability of government policies to the present case.- Drafted a brief on the liabilities of a Limited Liability Partner, a Director under the Companies Act, and a Trustee.- Assisted in preparing Due Diligence deeds, following up on client inquiries and responses, etc.

- Selected as an Observer for LSPR&KS after a rigorous selection process across batches in the University. - Responsible for soliciting blogs and editing pieces at the broad intersection of law and public policy, with specific focus on competition law, IPR, and constitutional law.

- Conducted primary research on technology as a medium to promote skills-based self-learning among teachers, in accordance with the vision of the National Education Policy, 2020. - Interviewed 40+ teachers across India (in-person and online) in government and budget schools, compiling insights into a report that informed intervention strategies to support teacher development.
