With over 18 years of experience in various business functions, I have developed a strong expertise in finance, commercial management, business development, M&A, and stakeholder engagement.My mission is to drive growth and profitability for COLAS by leveraging competitive intelligence, evaluating market entry / expansion opportunities, and leading strategic initiatives. I have played a key role in all M&A and strategic activities of the group including leading the most recent acquisition of a construction materials supplier which gave our group an entry into that market segment and region. I am also passionate about building and maintaining strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, regulators, and industry associations.
