Having 6 and half years of experience in the civil construction industry, Currently working with a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firm.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Managing project related documentations.• Preparation of Estimation, rate analysis, technical specifications etc.• Preparing proposals for approval and site implementation.• Co-ordination and supervision of works at site.• Liaise with Civil team for project detail finalization.• Control over the contractor, vendors, and site workers.• Site & office coordination.• To raise alarm for non-availability of work fronts / site hindrances or other bottlenecks for progress of site execution.• Quality Control & time management.• Daily work monitoring, recording, and reporting.• Ensuring all materials are used and work performed are as per specification and BOQ.• Responsible for maintaining site safety standards.• Managing detailed records of daily works and field quality plan of site activities.• Knowledge of physical measurement of works and Billing.List of completed projects:• Assembly Buildings (Museum)• Residential Buildings (High & Low Rise)• Commercial Building (Shopping Center)• Highway Project (Major District Road)Working with the Government authorities, i.e.• Gujarat Housing Board, Ahmedabad• Ministry of Culture (Government of India)• Sports, Youth and Cultural department (Government of Gujarat)• Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation, Ahmedabad• Madhya Pradesh Public Works DepartmentAs well as worked as a lecturer in Engineering College.
