1) Assist product management department in USA with a documenting requirements for tax series suite of product software enhancement.2) Assist with implementing and documenting software standard and training materials.3) Coordinates across development teams for compiling and presenting software development status.4) Partners with stakeholder to document requirement for enhancement impacting product delivery.5) Provide subject matter expertise to other product management Team member to help with analysis and development of requirement in which they are subject matter experts.6) Reviews associate level requirement documentation to ensure quality and consistency.7) Responsible for providing overall guidance and Supervision to staff level, associate level and team lead members.8) Monitor and reports on team activities through operational and managerial reporting.Apart from operational and managerial responsibility, doing review of US Corporate, Partnership, Composite, State Annual, State Estimate-Extension and Local municipality forms implementation considering forms instruction and regulations.

Adjust the workload as needed to meet project deadline.8) Monitor both individual and team performance against the established goals and project competition date for overall project progress. Counsel team member on and assist in adjusting performance as needed.9) Regularly schedule and lead team training and development session to ensure staff skill and abilities are properly aligned with project assignments.

Provide Technical Support to clients who utilize Tax Compliance and Provision.2) Provide assistance to client with the preparation of their US Federal and State Tax Returns (Federal Form 1120, Form 5471, Form 1065) (all 50 states Corporate filing)and related e-filing .3) Assist on implementation engagement on client data setup in Tax Compliance.4) Perform Application testing to determine if Tax Application are working as designed. Document issues or enhancement discovered, and work with Software developers to correct. 5) Co-ordinate work with clients and US client service team.
