Business Analyst
•Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document application requirements, ensuring they align with business goals.•Engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to contribute to sprint goals and continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time to meet the expectations of both business and technical teams.•Create and coordinate test plans with clear objectives, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals and traceability of requirements.•Create detailed test scenarios and cases covering all functional and non-functional aspects, collaborate with QA to ensure full business scenario coverage, and define acceptance criteria for each testing phase.•Map requirements to test cases to ensure complete coverage and expected functionality and use traceability matrices to align requirements with development and testing activities.•Support end-users during UAT by providing test data, setting up the environment, assisting with execution, gathering feedback, documenting issues, and coordinating fixes with the development team.•Track, prioritize, and manage defects, perform root cause analysis, collaborate with development for resolution, and update stakeholders on defect statuses to ensure timely fixes.•Recommend QA process improvements to boost efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance test coverage; apply best practices in documentation, test design, and defect management; and conduct retrospectives to optimize future testing.
