We are sector agnostic with focus on opportunities in Consumer Tech, Financial Tech, Health Tech, Online Gaming, Education Tech and Sustainable Investing.Brief Description of Role: - Evaluation of new investment opportunities, incl. business plan, financial model analysis, market opportunity, competitive landscape and due diligence. - Sensitivity analysis of unit economics, funding runway, revenue and profitability and assuring reasonableness of key business assumptions in financial models. - Detailed review of various business documentation and Data Rooms of potential investments post soft commitment - Lead/support transactions from inception through closing - Post investment closely work with founders on business strategy and plan to achieve overall business growth. - Support portfolio companies on following fund raising rounds and drive exit opportunities

Support CEO & COO (Managing Directors) to drive business planning and reporting, perform financial analysis, coordinate and contribute to executive business reviews and work to identify business efficiencies and investment opportunities in support of this business charter, focusing primarily on planning and reporting, decision support, and optimizing overall business performance.Brief Description of Role:- Heading MIS Team and directly reporting to CEO & COO (Managing Directors). - Work in close co-ordination with Business heads, Branch heads, Sales Team, Controllers and HR for any business MIS related matter. - To provide accurate and timely performance reports to management with meaningful analysis to drive and support business decisions. - Conduct monthly and quarterly detailed business segment & branch reviews - Create financial plans and detailed business models in consultation with business heads for presentation to board of directors - Prepare & Circulate Monthly Segment and Branch level Profitability Statements. - Define revenue credits policy and incentive structures for sales team - Prepare Board notes and presentations on business for board meetings - Prepare Investor presentations for top management - Competition tracking and periodical update on financial performance of key players

To ensure stock broking, depository and PMS compliances, head of back office operations and financial accounts and to support the managing director in business planning and decisions.
