- Understanding the needs of Universities and other clients, designing marketing campaigns around their needs and getting them executed from Internal Teams.- In constant touch with the clients and build a strong rapport.- Handling back & forth between clients and internal team.- Able to take quick decisions and do firefighting if and when the need arises.- Proactive communications- Carrying out monthly campaigns (Internal + Client) over various Social Media channels and other marketing channels.- Maintain track of all ongoing campaigns and create monthly campaign reports for the clients.- Coordinating with Graphics & Content team ( Internal & Freelancers) to create impressive creatives, catchy captions to get the best ROI on the campaigns.- Exploring various marketing channels and look for the most efficient working channel for marketing.- Using budget efficiently to the last penny and improve ROI.

 Design and implement title-level promotional tactics.  Ensure an overall positive sentiment through quality reviews.  Build relations with relevant external sites from the category to feature titles on their site. Coordinate with authors on a timely basis for a smooth flow of operations. Coordinate with stakeholders in Commercial and Publishing teams to ensure that all titles are announced up to at least 2 months before publication. Coordinate with stakeholders in Commercial, Publishing, Amazon, and Direct teams to create and deliver monthly title level campaigns on Direct and Amazon. Arrange author interviews about their writing experience to feature on the Packt Author Website. Work with authors to encourage them to participate fully in Packt marketing activities we launch that will include author exclusive discounts, Amazon campaigns, direct campaigns and PR of their titles.
