1. I would receive customer chats. They'd have queries about Samsung devices or they were looking to buy new devices. 2. My main job is to consult them, pitch them according to requirements and complete the ordering process. 3. I am able to generate rapport with customers resulting in more sales and revenue with upselling and cross selling customers on chat. 4. With the same method I was able to generate great numbers. 5. I was recently awarded "Conversion rate champion of the year" by the process director (client Side). 6. Based on my work, I was assigned to a part of training as well. Under this assignment I'd get new recruits after orientation and basic training. My task was to receive those people and introduce them to live process, get the ball rolling.
