Having worked in the geospatial industry for ten years, I bring to the table my expertise in executing mapping projects related to the satellite/drone image-based monitoring of mining activities, land use and cover mapping, and tree canopy mapping.

Contributed to the GIS database's upkeep and maintenance for a project involving water utilities.

- Managed a team of about 25 geospatial professionals for end-to-end execution of various ISRO/State Govt.-sponsored remote sensing and GIS-based projects.- Built an ArcGIS-based semi-automated geospatial model to delineate Rabi, Kharif, Zaid and multiple season croplands along with fallow lands using satellite imagery; the model reduced manual workload by about 50%. The model was well appreciated by ISRO Scientists and is currently being replicated for use by other States.- Special focus on geospatial project management, automation in GIS workflows, using Google Earth Engine, spatial modelling & analyses, quality control and assessment, map composition and technical documentation.- Handled multiple projects such as Land Use Land Cover mapping at various scales, Crop Identification and Mapping, Crop-residue Burned-Area Mapping, IWMP watersheds monitoring, Wetland Mapping, PMGSY roads mapping, Ortho-rectified Product Quality Checking.- Proficiency gained in working with remote sensing data-products such as from Cartosat-1, 2, LISS-IV, LISS-III, AWiFS, WorldView, Kompsat, Planet Labs, Sentinel, Landsat, and MODIS; supervised/unsupervised classification; GIS-based modelling with focus on designing of semi-automated workflows using ESRI ArcGIS model builder and Python-based scripting; Extensive use of JavaScript-based scripting on Google Earth Engine cloud platform for temporal data and image-classification needs.- Handled multiple projects such as Cadastral Mapping, Village-level Soil Nutrients Mapping using Soil Health Card data, Groundwater Quality Mapping, and the preparation of a Wasteland Atlas of Rajasthan.

Worked under national projects like SISDP and EPRIS by ISRO, empowering Panchayati Raj Institutions with space-based tools for resource-based rural development planning. Skilled in large-scale thematic mapping with high-resolution satellite data. Collaborated with various ISRO teams across India, handled huge spatial datasets using tools like ArcGIS, ERDAS, QGIS, and delivered geospatial products and trainings to diverse audiences. Gained expertise in geospatial data handling, satellite image processing, spatial modeling, project management, documentation, and showcasing geospatial solutions.

Worked in a supervisory role within the mining industry, overseeing daily production of 24,000 tonnes of limestone while prioritizing safety, environmental sustainability, and target achievement. Gained proficiency in field supervision, technical reporting, manpower management, and geological quality control.
