- Follow up with purchasing department for the material delivery. - Arranging the program and dates of completion for MEP activities incorporation with the civil activities. - Coordinating the implementation of project. - Follow the IMS system of the project. - Responsible for overall performance of staff and subcontractors. - Reviewing the suppliers / subcontractors invoices for executed activities. - Staff request for training and appraisals. - Initiation of customer satisfactory reports & collecting customer ideas for the improvement of staff performance.

- Report to the Director Central Operations Office for all functions related to the Tender and ongoing construction projects. - Clarify all Civil quires during Technical Submission including special projects as (Hospitals, 5-7 stare Hotels, Museums, Airports, High rise Buildings …etc.). - Advice for the PMV list to comply with MEP offloading Equipment loads and exact delivery duration period for project soft running. - Develop build-ability Methodology (Either Modify or Innovate) and initiate IFT MEP drawings accordingly. - Study the impact of MEP unclear activities on cost and time to be considered in the risk assessments. - Ensure the MEP Study is properly produced, reviewed and submitted in accordance with the Civil, Planning, Mobilization and procurement requirements. - Modify/update the company Manual to comply with Developers/Project Managements/Market & Site requirements. - Prepare & Submit BEP (BIM Execution Plan); - Lead the BIM Coordination work with all the stakeholder along the construction period; - Review and supervise the BIM Consultant for the following role: - The multi-discipline BIM LOD300 based on Construction Drawings issued by consultants. - Clash detection analysis & Coordination. - BIM modeling QC/QA checklist template - BIM Model Validated accuracy & completeness with BEP (BIM Execution Plan) - BIM workflow to support BIM Manager Stake holder coordination. - The 3D digital model revision to deliver BIM LOD400 throughout the construction period.

- Implementation of company strategies and policies. - Providing requests for quoting for MEP activities. - Technical approval of suppliers and subcontractors. - Initiation of material requests.

- Formulation of the strategies and polices for the department with the CEO. - Maintain the companies IMS system in the Department. - Department responsibilities. - Approval of suppliers and subcontractors. - Department contract and tender reviews. - Study/provide/discuss the MEP Value engineering for projects (where applicable).

- Directing MEP coordinators. - Directing MEP site Engineers / Inspectors. - Liaison between the MEP subcontractor and the civil construction team to ensure correctness of the builders works drawings and the coordination of the MEP works with the structure and architecture requirements. - Ensure that the MEP work is executed in accordance with the contract drawing, specifications, agreed program, procedures and approved method of statements. - Follow up the subcontractors during the first, second & third fix in addition to the manpower, material and stores. - Ensure that the MEP subcontractor provides and adheres to the necessary QA control documents in accordance with the agreed procedures. - Ensure that the MEP subcontractor follows the safety procedures while executing the work. - Ensure that the project MEP is carried out in accordance with the required quality and within the cost and time constrains. - Responsible for the MEP temporary site facilities and the preventive maintenance required. - Ensure that the As Built, O&M Manuals and related documents are prepared, reviewed, submitted and approved in accordance with the contract requirements. - Approach Municipalities for any discussions required for MEP approvals during construction time.

- Develop system and procedures for startup of new OPM projects. - Plan material requirements for all projects well in advance. - Prepare and submit monthly reports on status of equipment’s, work done, breakdowns & system performance. - Establish emergency plan for handing major Breakdown for existing and new FMS projects. - Develop criteria for measuring quality of maintenance. - Ensure improved results in successive periods. - Not to exceed budget cost on existing projects. - Preparing Customer satisfaction reports.

- Check the safety precautions before starting the job. - Prepare the Safety report. - Responsible for the Safety training to all employees. - Responsible of safety and security of oil facilities controller shops. - Safety devices test for proper operation. ( every 3 month ). - Develop personal responsibilities to work in safe environment. - Investigation in case of accident and prepare the reports. - Safety rules needed to evacuate the plant or building during emergency. - Ensure that the equipment and work condition are satisfactory from fire and safety point of view. - Assist in developing the departmental job safety practices. - Study new jobs to detect and eliminate hazards. - Study the drawing as per tender documents and specifications. - Apply the system with the Fire Brigade precautions. - Supervising the contractors for any further corrections needed during installation. - Testing and Commissioning of the installed system. - Following up during the maintenance period after completion.
