Assisting in Performance Appraisal.Generating various MIS reports. Induction and orientation of new joinees.To maintain records of existing and exit employees.Complete the Joining formalitiesProvident Fund:-Generation of PF numbers for new Joinees.Generation of PF challan.E-Filing, E-returns of PF and updating of records on the web portal.Submission and payment of challan.Responsible for smooth functioning of PF claims / advance from PF / Transfer of PF.Submission of Pension claim forms along with necessary documents.Verification & collection of missing data related to withdrawal claim form, if any.Weekly visit to PF office for employee queries / claim / Transfer status.Submission of Annual returns.ESIC:-Generation of new ESIC numbers on ESI portal of new Joinees & distribution of ESI temporary card.Updation of employees family details on ESI portal & distribution of ESI card.Generating ESI challan on monthly basisMaking ESI challan payments on Monthly basis before due date.Profession Tax:-Generation of Profession Tax Challan.Timely submission of the same before the month end.Submission of PT returns on monthly and yearly basis. TDS (Income Tax):-Collecting IT declaration Forms from the employee’s.Deducting employee’s tax on income and submitting E-TDS on monthly and Quarterly basis.Collecting and crosschecking the investment proof’s on yearly basis.Generation and distribution of Form 16
