 Good knowledge of SAP SYSTEM (Material Module). Gate Entry/GRN in SAP. Vendor creation and Material creation in SAP. To make Purchase order/Schedule agreements/Service P.O. in SAP. Maintain source list of material. Entry of service entry sheet in SAP. Material issue and consumption entry in SAP. Give monthly Schedule to vendor by creating demand in SAP. Sub-contractor document in SAP. Demand generation in SAP. Responsible for purchasing and stock keeping of all material. Negotiation with Vendor for indirect material. Inventory control on daily basis requirement. Co-Ordination with store for Inventory reconciliation. Co-ordination with Quality in case of quality problem (QPCR Reply) and root cause analysis.. Implement and sustain TS System for Purchase at all location. Give one month firm and one month tentative schedule to vendor and material follow up. Coordination with third party logistics. Co-ordination with PPC in case of Commercial problem.

 Collection of data for purchases MIS. Collection of quotation from various suppliers. Help in Vendor development with Quality person. Negotiation with indirect material supplier. GRN and vendor registration form. Perpetual inventory with store person for stock taking. Making shortage list on the basis of material availability. Give schedule to the indirect material supplier and follow up. Help in inventory control. Responsible for implementation of 5’S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke on Shop floor. Making & Recording of Work Instructions and other Documents etc.
